Hotel Nagisaya, Katsuura (Wakayama)

The outdoor onsen was the highlight of my stay. Sipping tea while soaking in natural hot spring water with amazing views of the ocean was an lovely experience. The ambiance and temperature were perfect, creating a serene atmosphere to unwind after a long day.

Breakfast at the hotel was absolutely good! Each meal was prepared with seasonal and local ingredients, offering a meticulous and generous spread. I loved how they catered to dietary preferences, ensuring we had plenty of tasty options.

I was extremely pleased with the Japanese-style room. It was spacious and offered stunning views of the cove. Sleeping on tatami mats was a unique experience and quite comfortable, enhancing the traditional Japanese feel.

The bedroom provided an incredibly tranquil space. The calming decor and traditional futon bedding gave a sense of peace. I loved listening to the soothing sounds of waves during the night, creating a perfect escape.
